Some of the great cooks in the world know exactly what and how to use the various ingredients to come up with a divine dish. So, to all those who want to explore the cook in them and wish to experiment something new, here are the top three dishes which you can make with wine. 1.Baked chicken breast with wine: Bake/grill chicken breast with the normal procedure and towards the end season it with some wine. Trust me no good pasta goes without wine in them. 3.Chocolate pudding shots with wine: Mix melted chocolate, nuts and wine. Bake it till the desired results. Your quick dessert is ready Bon appétit!

Wal-Mart acquires Jet.com: Why Amazon has nothing to worry

When Wal-Mart announced its interest to acquire jet for $3.3 Billion ($3 billion in cash and $300 million of Walmart shares) the market went on speculations about the deal size and also about the impact this will have on the e-commerce giant Amazon. Clearly, this is an effort from Wal-Mart to re-look at its e-commerce strategy since its sales dropped last quarter for its online shopping business. In the last fiscal year that ended in January, Wal-Mart had online sales of $13.7 billion, a fraction of its total revenue of $482.1 billion. Charlie O'Shea, a well known analyst from Moody's Investors Service (is a leading provider of credit ratings, research, and risk analysis) quoted on the deal saying “As we believe ‘catching’ Amazon online is an unrealistic goal for any brick-and-mortar retailer, Wal-Mart now has a definite leg up on its competitors in the very important race to be No. 2 online.” Jet.com was launched a year ago giving a direct competition to Amazon and was playing on ‘low price’ technique to generate market traction. Marc Lore, CEO and Co-founder of Jet.com addressed its employee stating "Our mission at Jet hasn’t changed — we plan to create the best opportunity to win faster by assembling the assets, we need to revolutionize e-commerce. We already have an amazing team in place, and now we’re adding the most relevant resources, access to capital, and a huge canvas." Also, it is interesting to note that Marc Lore founded Quidsi (parent of Diapers.com) and sold it to Amazon for $500 million in 2010. Marc will oversee both the site, jet.com and Walmart.com, and will report to Wal-Mart CEO Doug McMillon. Talking about Amazon, they have established themselves as the market leader in e-commerce domain. According to Slice Intelligence, a market research company that measures the pulse of digital commerce, Amazon captured 38.2% of e-commerce sales between August 2015 and July 2016. Amazon.com’s net revenue has crossed $100 billion and is close to $107 billion. Time and again they are re-inventing their business model and introducing various features like Amazon prime membership program. Amazon dominates the market with its network of distribution hubs and loyal customers. This acquisition might narrow down the gap between Wal-Mart and Amazon, and probably Wal-Mart will run the race for no. 2 online retailer because it will be difficult to catch up to Amazon in terms of sales and market share. Also, this acquisition makes us think that is it really tough for any e-commerce start-ups to make it big on their own? Lora is known is known for building smart, practical, and successful business models for e-commerce industry. Wal-Mart will definitely leverage/capitalize on jet.com’s extensive list of 1,600 merchants and 3.6 million users. It’s been a challenge for any brick-and-mortal giant to make it big in online space, obviously Apple is an exception to this. Let’s wait and see if Lora can bring good luck to Wal-Mart.
